“On a day when Mayor Wu has declared a heat emergency, it is totally unacceptable that nearly one-third of our city’s public pools are closed in Roxbury, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Dorchester, South Boston and the South End – many neighborhoods which have been without their pools for years. Another example of misguided priorities by the Mayor, who’s decided there’s money for White Stadium, but not for our pools”
